  • Intuit Mailchimp and Wix announce multi-year strategic partnership
  • The integrated platform will roll out across the US, Canada, and the UK

Wix, our top-rated website builder, and Intuit Mailchimp have announced a multi-year partnership to help users better coordinate their business and marketing efforts.

The collaboration aims to help entrepreneurs by combining Wix’s user-friendly platform with Mailchimp’s industry-leading marketing suite. Mutual users will now have access to the tools and data offered by both platforms.

The integrated platform is expected to roll out across the US, Canada, and the UK soon.

As Nir Zohar, President and COO of Wix, said on the collaboration:

“This partnership will allow both of our companies to bring our respective expertise and best-in-class products together to form a seamless experience for users.”

What Does This Mean for Wix Websites?

While Wix already provides an email marketing editor and built-in email automation, mutual users will be able to seamlessly sync their website with Mailchimp’s insights and impressive suite of marketing tools.

Not only does the partnership deliver greater functionality to users, but it also combines customer data from both platforms to help businesses and website owners boost customer engagement and sales.

And, if you use Wix Studio, you’ll now be able to offer clients industry-leading marketing features.

Yaniv Vakrat, Chief Business Officer at Wix, commented on the announcement: “By streamlining the complex nature of running a business, we aim to provide the tools businesses need to thrive in today’s digital landscape.”

Vakrat goes on to say that the joint users of Wix and Mailchimp “will benefit from our complementary industry-leading products to help them manage the essential aspects of their business.” Whether that’s tailoring email marketing campaigns based on Mailchimp’s customer data or tweaking your overall customer journey thanks to performance suggestions, the collaboration is sure to make things easier for entrepreneurs and small businesses.
