  • GoDaddy has added to the online appointments tool so that small businesses can now book appointments directly from social media.
  • It now also offers events that span multiple days.
  • It’s easier than ever to grow your customer base and get them booking.

In May, GoDaddy shared its April release notes to showcase the latest from GoDaddy’s product updates.

Small businesses using GoDaddy’s website builder can now offer events that span multiple days, whether they are three-day retreats or week-long events. This makes it easier for businesses to engage with their customers and shape scheduling to better meet the time constraints of clients’ schedules.

How This Will Help GoDaddy Users

Prior to the April update, businesses lacked the ability to book anything other than a one day event. This new feature eliminates the need to book multiple one-day bookings for events longer than twenty-four hours.

Additionally, entrepreneurs can receive direct booking on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook. So that as potential customers are scrolling through your content, they can click a button and get straight to the booking tool. This cuts out the extra step of them having to go to your site.

Effectively, GoDaddy is working to streamline the process of customers connecting to businesses. These updates can help small businesses improve their online appointment scheduling and grow their customer base.

As an example, this allows a yoga website business to market via social media, get customers booking directly on posts, and scheduling in multiple days of a yoga retreat.

This is the latest update of a range of new releases, including updating the domain portfolio manager to allow better user experience when managing domains. Additional enhancements have been added to Afternic 2.0, making it faster to remove outdated listings. Before joining I had my own freelance content writing business and now I work to test builders and write the content you read here on the site – so you can create a website that best suits you and your needs. Over my first year here I’ve tested all the builders you’ll read about, shaped the weekly newsletter content, written social media content, and scripted YouTube videos. I’ve also created demo websites to help showcase the builder’s capabilities so you can pick the best option. I’ve also had the wonderful opportunity to pitch articles for the site like the Best Writer Websites and write guest posts for the likes of Digital Information World, using my degree expertise in Film to share tips on video optimization.
